[/img]

[atrb=background,http://i50.tinypic.com/2qwl7b4.png] Every foot-fall plugged into pre-made prints in the dirt, following the tracks with head low and face passive. The sun was a devious cur as plum and gold streaked across the land, his roan suit painted an ugly maroon and pastel blue. The heat of the day cooled against his skin with the slowly sinking star, leaving crisp rinds of salt and sweat caked into the cracks of his joints. He was an animal, a coy and decisive creature that snaked across the land like a primed russian sniper. Sharp ears swiveled around his black crown, nostrils flared in eagerness to find his prey.
New horses had moved into Delacor, de-throning the previous royals and staking their own white flags. Cero smirked, yellowed teeth baring their ugly faces to his invisible foe. All horses were his enemy it didn't matter who it was or what it may have ruled, they were all below him and petty in comparison. Cero banked right, reigning his brisk jog to an eventual stand-still, legs poised meticulously in preparation for escape. Holy Roman was the new bachelors name, launching a cold hand into the heart of the old aristocrats and re-wiring the aluminum with gold.
He had a woman with him.
Cero wrinkled his nose.

She had made a promise to herself to return home and stay there, to remain where her heritage had for decades. It seemed like the right thing to do - but once again she could not remain for long. She was a restless creature when under another's rule. Too wild to be chained beneath the ruling of another. Abyzou had found a calling from the uncharted wilds once more, and this is what had brought her the lands of Delacor. The red overo mare's interest had peaked upon arrival, for hardly any paths were worn from the use of hooves or otherwise. It was indeed uncharted, as far as she was concerned. Upon further exploration she had found a truly uncharted part of these lands, and staked claim upon it. It was difficult enough to find, being laced with dense fog and undesirable terrain for many. But the mare found it perfect for her purposes. She had explored it for quite some time, familiarizing herself with the terrain and further exploring the caves where the home of her alliance would be. The glades were nice, but caves were even nicer for what she had in mind. However, the raptor mare felt the need to travel more of Delacor as a whole, it was ideal for her to know what else lies beyond the borders of her cozy little corner of this world. She had found herself in the western lands after a while, slinking as if she were a cat; quietly and slowly through the terrains. It was habitual for her, she had trained herself to do so from the times of her youth. It wasn't difficult by any means, the fact that she had talons in place of hooves gave her an advantage in the art of stealth. As she continues to snake through the vegitation, her mantis green eyes rest upon a stallion that trots briskly across the land, and not far off were two other horses. Abyzou flicks a red ear toward their direction, and turns herself into the open scenery to approach them.
