THE ORDER OF EL DORADO By order of the King, no one with the impression of poor living will ever set foot into the boundaries of the Aristocrat lands. There will be a monthly test to, well, test the herds/members on their knowledge of fine living and to determine where they stand in the ranks of status.
There will be no disorderly conduct in the courts of El Dorado. Take it outside the boundaries, but otherwise keep your hands to yourself and your servants.
The children of El Dorado are required to start school at the age of a year old to ensure much knowledge by the age of three, when their schooling ends. Any child who doesn't attend school with be forced by the authorities of El Dorado with or without the parents' consent.
Everyone is to be civil and well-mannered. Keep your chins up and never give anyone the chance to look down upon you. Here, in El Dorado, everyone is equal. Nobody looks down on anybody in the courts. Everyone but the outsiders are equal to us.
El Dorado is not a playground. No horseplay. Children can play in the courtyard and in the delta not too far off, but inside the courts you must act mature and collected.
Stealing from El Dorado is punishable by death. If you are a part of the Thieves Guild, though, stealing from the likes of others isn't frowned upon unless you get caught. If you're caught stealing, the King of El Dorado will deny having anything to do with you and your actions, and you will no longer be the King's responsibility. You will be at the mercy of whoever caught you in the act of stealing.
